A signed rental agreement is mandatory for your stay, as well as a background check required by the HOA that will be sent upon reservation confirmation at a cost of $150

Monthly cleaning and inspection is mandatory at $260 per cleaning

A $250 deposit for damages will be placed on hold and returned after 7 business days from check out, less any damages.

There is a non-refundable pet deposit of $250 per pet, no pets over 45 pounds allowed. Pets included are cats and dogs only. As per the HOA pets can only be either certified ESA animals or registered Service Animals.
